Aren’t all synthetic grass systems the same? 
Definitely not! Is the grass pet friendly? 
Yes. In a low traffic back yard, all of the ForeverLawn products are pet friendly. However, if you have multiple dogs or are looking for a kennel turf solution, K9Grass is the product that will best fit you and your pet’s needs.  It is designed specifically for dogs with a new construction featuring our Flow Through ™ backing and antimicrobial blades for a sanitary area for your pets.  

Can animal waste harm ForeverLawn? 
No.  Since the grass is porous, urine will drain through to the ground beneath and will not stain the fibers.  Feces should be scooped, with the remainder hosed off.  Low-use pet areas are great for our DuPont™ ForeverLawn® Select Synthetic Grass. K9Grass® is the only synthetic grass designed specifically for high use dog areas. 

Will the grass fade?
Ultimately, yes. All synthetics will fade, ForeverLawn as well as other brands. However, ForeverLawn synthetic grass is treated with a UV inhibitor to protect against fading and UV degradation. 

Does the grass have a warranty?
Yes, our warranty covers fade and excessive wear for 10 years. With normal landscape usage, ForeverLawn expects the grass to last for 12 to 15 years. 

How is the grass priced?
The grass is priced on a per square foot basis which can be figured by measuring the width of the area and multiplying it by the length of the area.

How much does the grass cost?
Contact ForeverLawn Texas to get a written estimate by a ForeverLawn expert, specific to your landscape needs.  ForeverLawn Texas will conduct a site survey and give you accurate answers to all your questions.  Due to the many variables like geographic region, ground prep requirements, access to the area, and size of the job, prices will vary for each job.

Does water drain through the grass?
Yes!  ForeverLawn grass is perforated throughout to allow for proper water-flow into the drainage base that is installed underneath. 

Does the grass mold or mildew?
No!  ForeverLawn is made with non-absorbing materials and our drainage base is designed to migrate water away from the grass. In fact, our backing is made of an antimicrobial urethane foam and a geo-textile fabric made of recycled plastic bottles.  SplashGrass™ is ideal for high traffic areas that require faster and more effective drainage.  

How hot does the grass get?
DuPont™ ForeverLawn® Select Synthetic Grass does not stay as cool as natural grass, which naturally has water running through it; however,DuPont™ ForeverLawn® does not absorb and radiate heat like pavement, rock, or brick. 

Will the rubber infill harm my children or pets?
No!  ForeverLawn’s rubber is non-toxic and is not harmful to children or pets.  A material safety data sheet can be provided upon request. 

Will the grass catch fire?
The grass is non-flammable. 

How much water would I really save by using your grass?
75% of your monthly water bill is for outside use, according to water usage statistics.  

What if I spill something on the grass, like paint?
ForeverLawn is made of non-absorbing materials, which prevents staining. A complete care guide will be provided after the completion of the job that will outline how to care for your grass and clean any spill. 

Will the grass harbor any bugs or mosquitoes?
No!  ForeverLawn grass has no organic value so the bugs have nothing to feed on and will move to a yard with real grass. Fire ants have difficulty coming through the drainage holes and will generally find an area outside the grass that meets less resistance.

How do I create a client portal? 
Easy! We use a customer service management software called Jobber, that will help keep track of all your appointments, quotes, invoices.
